They truly have a culture of excellence and customer service, and genuinely seem to love what they do. From the receptionist to the cabinet maker to the owner to the “fixer” who came back for every little bump and scrape we had during move-in, everyone is polite, knowledgeable, skilled and happy to help. They were kind to my two little kids who followed them around with a tape measure and gracious enough to manage the situation when the clients (i.e. my husband and I) disagreed. They were just plain wonderful to work with. We actually held a BBQ for the team once the project was completed because we loved working with them so much.
Obviously, they are not the cheapest guys in town. Truly a case of “you get what you pay for” and I believe they saved us money in the end. I know that every dollar I paid to the Project Manager was worth it in sanity and peace of mind.
